Matter and Energy are two sides of the same coin. Matter is condensed energy. Energy is matter vibrating at a different frequency. The human form is an electrical chemical being. The processes in our bodies involve the sharing and transferring of electrons, of energy. When energy shifts, a vibration is created and vice versa, when a vibration occurs, energy will shift. Since energy and matter are variations of the same thing, when one shifts, the other must shift as well. That vibration can come from within or without, from the body or the mind, from the psyche or the physical world. There is a great saying you may already know: “As above, so below; as below, so above.”
There is no coming to consciousness without pain.
What happens in our body affects the mind; what happens in the mind affects the body (as an example consider the bidirectionality of the vagus nerve). What happens in our psyche-soul-spirit affects us all (the) way down into our cells. What happens in our cells affects us all the way up to our psyche. Sometimes the change is immediate; sometimes changes is over a lifetime or even lifetimes if you subscribe to that. It is all part of our curriculum, our reason for being here in this form at this point in linear time.
Life, body-mind-soul-spitit, these are all interconnected. We are all interconnected. Many of us have experienced the sensation of someone approaching us without hearing or seeing them. Why? We felt their energy approaching. We all have the ability to come from the psyche-spirit and the physical body in various proportions. One from matter, one from energy. The example from acupuncture is that when a physical acupuncture point is activated, it can affect the nerve, the fascia, the blood, the chemical components, and it can affect the psyche-spirit-energy system as well.
